Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation & Shipment

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. Once your order is processed, we will arrange shipment and send you the tracking information within 24 hours. If you do not receive tracking information within three business days, please contact us at info@futureprints.co.uk

Order Processing:

Your products will be shipped within 5 business days after you place your order. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a notification and tracking number within 24 hours, allowing you to track the shipping progress. Orders made on weekends will be dispatched on the following business day. We will select the optimal dispatching method and carrier for your order once it is confirmed. Please note that we do not process or ship packages on weekends and holidays. If you wish to cancel your order, you can easily do so within 24 hours after order confirmation and payment.

Shipping

We ship products within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48® and worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked services. UK customers can expect to receive our product within 48 hours after shipment. You may be contacted by the courier service provider for delivery coordination. You are not required to pay any additional fees to the courier service. Failure to cooperate with courier services and failure to receive your products will result in the forfeiture of your refund.

Order Delivery

Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method. If you feel that your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact us for assistance. Depending on the carrier used, your package may be delivered without prior contact. If the selected courier cannot deliver your parcel due to being unreachable, the package will be returned to the local depot. You will receive an email notification, and you must contact your local courier service for delivery.

Title and Risk of Loss
Title to all products supplied shall pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. After delivery, all risk of loss and/or damage to any products ordered shall be borne by you.
Inspection and Claims for Damage in Transit

You should carefully examine all deliveries of products and notify us of any errors, shortages, defects, or non-conformities within 7 days of receiving our products. Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of any claim or right against us. Any claims for damage or loss during transit should be made against the carrier.
